SDI is looking for a Product Manager to handle client relationships for a new technology company based in Riga, Latvia (Kr. Valdemāra 18). *Please note — you must be fluent in LATVIAN!
  • Manage and develop product categories, from researching products to planning to the end of sales. Your job responsibilities would cover three areas: strategy, importation, and delivery, and sales;
  • Develop training materials for internal teams and external clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products;
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications;
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors and partners to enhance product offerings;
  • Manage and create relationships with third-party suppliers and partners;
  • Be responsible for sales activities (creating offers, presentations, managing cooperation and sales negotiations);
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, etc.;
  • Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing to create effective launch campaigns;
  • Develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding product reach;
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for product enhancement and innovation;
  • Interpret, analyze, and act upon legal contracts (understand key obligations, terms, and conditions that impact the product lifecycle, ensuring that product development aligns with contractual obligations and risk management);
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of products or services to potential and existing customers;
  • Gather customer feedback and report sales performance and progress to management;
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product and sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or/and product management
  • Excellent communication skills with knowledge of Latvian; Russian (will be considered as an advantage); English (level B2 or greater is required)
  • The willingness to learn and improve professional abilities
  • Experience working with IT solutions and logistics. This will be considered an advantage
  • The flexibility to take on new responsibilities

  • Good organizational skills, ability to persuade, argue, and present
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
